Sometimes you have to do a double take to recognize your own home. Such as the Placentia house painting project Le Tourneau Painting did. The exterior of the home was a dirty off white color. Due to the texture of the home, very heavy stucco, dirt collected in the little stucco crevices. The home just looked dirty and aged. We at Le Tourneau painting came in and gave the home a much needed make over. The homeowner didn’t care for thick texture of the stucco on the home so we suggested a darker color to hide it. The home was painted a dark brown with white trim. We first power washed the house to give it a good cleaning and thoroughly see what repairs needed to be made prior to painting. The Commercial Painting Project for Cherry On Top in Irvine went quite smooth despite the warning from the corporate office that the red color took 8 coats to cover in a project in Kansas.  I am not sure what product they used or equipment, but it is unfortunate for them.  Le Tourneau Painting was able to achieve full coverage in 3 coats.  3 coats being the norm for a color like this. I have used both lines of paint for painting baby rooms and can honestly say that there does not seem to be much difference between the two paint products.  The "Harmony" line from Sherwin Williams I used for the first time about 14 months ago and the Enzo from Dunn Edwards about 8 months ago for the first time.  I paint a couple of Nurseries a month and have used both products on multiple occasions. Times Orange County facilities Painting 2 office locations for the L.A. Times Facility 1 in Irvine CA Both of these facilities were done back to back between Christmas and New Years 2009.  The Irvine facility consisted of painting approximately 6000 sq/ft of wall as well as building a 20' wall 10' high.  We built the wall with 2 X 4 construction and proceeded to hang the drywall.  After the drywall was hung we taped, primed and painted all the walls.  The newly built wall was in the middle of a larger office area which contained 20 to 30 desks.  On top of that we painted all the adjoining offices all the same color. This facility was completed a day ahead of schedule. The Rancho Santa Margarita facility.
